Kistler Scholarship presentation ceremony was held at 10:30 am, on February 24th, 2011 in the Conference Room F210, School of Mechanical Engineering, SJTU. Those attending the ceremony included Dr. Lupberger, Chief executive of China region, Kistler China Engine Applications Manager Liu Yinghua, Prof. Zhen Huang , the Vice President of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Director of Internal Combustion Engines Institute from the School of Mechanical Engineering, Xin Zhao ,  Director of Student Affairs from the School of Mechanical Engineering, Guoqing Liu, Party Secretary of the Internal Combustion Engines Institute from the School of Mechanical Engineering, Prof. Xinqi Qiao, from the Internal Combustion Engines Institute, Associate Prof. Xiaoping Zhou, Prof. Hefu Lin, and Associate Prof. Xiaomin Xie.

First, Dr. Lupberger delivered a speech. He had a in-depth exchange with the attendees about his company's products, and he said that the establishment of the Kistler scholarships was aimed at encouraging more promising students in China and the world to contribute to the internal combustion engine industry. He also expressed his hope to carry out further research cooperation with the Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Then Zhen Huang, the Vice President of Shanghai Jiao Tong University expressed his gratitude to Kistler, wished it a brighter future in China, and congratulated and encouraged those awarded students. At last, Xin Zhao, Chair of the Bureau of Student Affair, announced the name of the awarded students, and took pictures of them holding the certificats with Dr. Lupberger. After that, the awarded students exchanged their experience about their research work and promised to work even harder to contribute to society. Then the Shanghai Jiao Tong University - Kistler Scholarship Awards Ceremony drew to a conclusion smoothly.
