Important Dates for Enrolling & Dropping Courses 

1. Undergraduate-level Exchange Students (Student ID starting from 7): 
Course Registration Website http://electsys.sjtu.edu.cn/edu/ From 13:30 PM on Feb.20, 2017 till 8:30 AM on Feb.27, 2017 both for course enrollment and drop(P.S. So you can only drop courses between 13:30 PM on Feb.20, 2017 till 8:30 AM on Feb.28, 2017 )
From 13:00 PM on Feb.27, 2017 till 8:30 AM on Feb.28, 2017 for course enrollment ONLY and you cannot drop any course.
If you have any problem, please discuss with your secretary from the relevant school/department.  

2. Postgraduate-level Exchange Students (Student ID starting from J):

There are two periods for you to enroll and drop courses:
Period I: From 8:00 AM on March 2, 2017 till 20:00 PM on March 3, 2017 
Period II: From 8:00 AM on March 8, 2017 till 20:00 PM on March 10, 2017       
Please confirm and contact your secretary from the relevant school/department if you have any problem.

3. Cross Course Registration
(i.e., the undergraduates and postgraduates can cross to register courses)

For undergraduates Choosing Postgraduates Courses (ONLY for those who have special requests and apply to school contact before Jan 15, 2017) :
Period I: From 8:00 AM on March 2, 2017 till 20:00 PM on March 3, 2017 
Period II: From 8:00 AM on March 8, 2017 till 20:00 PM on March 10, 2017

Please use your Jaccount to log into the system ------- Then choose “ Course Management选课管理” ------- Choose “ Register the Undergraduate Course本科生选课”
 
For Postgraduates Choosing Undergraduates Courses
From 13:30 PM on March 2, 2017 till 8:30 AM on March 6, 2017 both for course enrollment and drop

Please use your Jaccount Account to log into the system and make the course registration.
Soft Reminder:
Due to the limited placements of some courses, please make sure the courses you plan to register are still available for you to choose. Once after the deadline, you cannot enroll or drop the courses. Please make the considerate decision before you enroll the courses.

Please send me your personal information per Email before Feb.23 if you (undergraduates as well as postgraduates) want to choose Postgraduate Courses, otherwise the system will not be available for your enrollment afterwards.

Please notice the period of time in the admission letter for your study at SJTU. An extension of your study at SJTU is impossible. 

Please also notice the period of time on the Chinese Visa page. A multi-entry note made by Shanghai Visa Center in advance is strongly recommended in case you have planned trips abroad, or you have planned to go to Hongkong etc. during vacation.
