First of all, we did market research and user demand analysis. And the QFD diagram is used to convert the requirements into visual data for our later design and manufacturing. After that, we designed three kinds of products and carried out horizontal comparative analysis according to the research. Finally, we will determine one as the original model of our product. According to the original model, we have carried out solidworks modeling and engineering drawing, which is the first generation product.On the basis of the first generation products, we carried out a series of simulations and determined the final product model. According to the final product model, we purchased raw materials and described the assembly process in detail. After completing these tasks, we conducted simulation tests on the product and found that the product met the user's needs. Finally, we evaluate the products and give reasonable suggestions.
