Mobile phone has become an indispensable part of people's life. In the online course of this semester, due to the need of recording video for the PE class and invigilating the online examination, the team members had tried a variety of mobile phone holders, and found that there are various problems in the use of mobile phone holders in the market. Therefore, we have the idea of designing a mobile phone holder.
Based on the analysis of the market requirements for mobile phone holder, this project completed a new mobile phone holder. The processing cost and stability were evaluated,too.
This project plans to design a mobile phone holder which is suitable for mobile phones of different widths and has the ability to adjust height and rotate in two degrees of freedom to meet people's needs for mobile phone photography angle and photography height .At the same time, it can ensure low processing cost and good reliability.
A complete 3D model is designed, and the process flow and product cost are estimated. Our phone holder can meet those requirements.
1) It can accommodate mobile phones of different widths from 66mm to75mm.
2) The mobile phone is able to make limited rotation in horizontal and vertical directions.
3) The height of mobile phones can be adjusted from 145mm to 234mm.
